Bill began his career in real estate in New Jersey nearly 25 years ago. After relocating to Flagler County in 1989, he carried his sales experience over to this new and fast growing area we know as Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. He became a RE/MAX agent and concentrated his time on selling property while acquiring many Top Producer awards with the RE/MAX brand name behind him.

Today, Bill has taken on a different role in the realm of real estate. He is currently the property manager at RE/MAX Oceanside and handles all aspects of the rental market. He has a unique ability to develop long term customer relationships which is essential in his business. With 17 years as a RE/MAX agent under his belt, Bill continues to push himself to improve and serve his community in any way he can.

After graduating with a Business Management degree from Daytona State College in 2009, Tyler decided that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father and venture into the business of real estate. Despite the recent decline in the market, Tyler saw the opportunity to learn the business while also having strong support from someone like his father who was so experienced in the field.

 

Tyler currently is working in the property management division of RE/MAX Oceanside. As a team, Tyler and Bill are available to take care of any of your needs whether you are looking to rent a home/condo yourself, or if you have decided that you want to put your property up for rent.
